The top priority on HUMANSCAPES’ Relocation Projects is creating a custom interior that reflects your taste and lifestyle. From Initial Consultation through project completion, Customer Service is critical to serving clients’ needs from start to finish. Interpreting your style, requirements, and functionality must all merge seamlessly within the sanctuary space you call “home.” This starts with learning about your taste, needs, and wants. Thereafter, you’re welcome to choose from two options based on how involved you’d like to be in the next-steps process: Option 1 (HANDS-ON) - After we discuss your requirements, taste, and lifestyle, you’ll be presented with our proposed design solutions using floor plans, renderings, and images representing rental furnishings from HUMANSCAPES’ comprehensive inventory of furniture, linens (bed/bath/table/window), decorative accessories, area rugs, and artwork. Based on your decisions from solutions offered, HUMANSCAPES will then handle every element of the process through set-up and move-in. Option 2 (HANDS-OFF) – After we discuss your requirements, taste, and lifestyle, HUMANSCAPES will handle every element of the process from selections to setup and move-in.

For a truly turn-key experience whether you choose Option 1 or Option 2, we also offer rentals for all household, kitchen, and dining items from HUMANSCAPES’ comprehensive inventory. You may also choose our “Turn-Key Relocation Services” that include our receipt / unpacking / set-up service for all clothing and any other items you wish to have shipped to your new home. On your NYC Arrival Day, your new home will be move-in ready with all your personal items already neatly placed, organized, and put away. We’ll arrange to meet you upon your arrival for a walk-through to show how and where items have been placed for your convenience.
