It’s more than a phrase; Customer Service informs our comprehensive view of preparing your property for sale. This may include pre-staging updates/renovations/painting or immediately beginning to create a Staging Plan that includes carefully-curated rental furnishings selections from HUMANSCAPES’ comprehensive inventory of furniture, linens (bed/bath/table/window), decorative accessories, area rugs, and artwork.

For Staging Projects that require updates/renovations/painting, contractor interface and on-site supervision visits are key HUMANSCAPES’ services that are provided to ensure high-quality, smooth-running projects and help relieve any added weight from clients’ shoulders. We’ll manage the construction process with your preferred contractor or with a contractor who has a proven track record on our previous projects. Preparing and managing renovation packages for submission to co-op and condo boards are added benefits that help alleviate clients’ stress through the board approval. Lastly, whether or not renovations are needed, you’re in capable hands with HUMANSCAPES’ full-service options as needed, including: Staging Plans, Finishes/Colors/Fixtures Selections, Lighting, Window Treatments, and selections of HUMANSCAPES’ Furnishings, Artwork, and Accessories, as well as any purchases tracking, delivery/receiving, and setup/placement direction that may be required.
